Welcome to Seaside Scuba Academy! We are thrilled to have you join us for an exciting diving experience. Before you begin your training with us, please take a moment to carefully read and understand our terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: To enroll in our diving courses, participants must be at least 10 years old and be able to swim. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form before participating in any diving activities.
- Medical Clearance: Prior to starting any diving courses, participants must complete a medical questionnaire and obtain medical clearance from a physician. It is important for us to ensure the safety and well-being of all our participants.
- Certification: Upon successful completion of our courses, participants will receive a certification from Seaside Scuba Academy. This certification is recognized internationally and will allow participants to dive in a variety of locations around the world.
- Equipment: Participants are responsible for providing their own diving equipment, including a mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, and regulator. Seaside Scuba Academy can provide rental equipment for an additional fee, but participants are encouraged to bring their own gear for comfort and familiarity.
- Safety: The safety of our participants is our top priority. Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our instructors. Failure to do so may result in removal from the course.
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided on a case-by-case basis. Participants who are unable to complete a course due to medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances may be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future course.
- Cancellation Policy: Participants must provide at least 48 hours notice if they need to reschedule or cancel a course. Failure to do so may result in a fee or forfeiture of course fees.
- Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any disruptive behavior or violation of our code of conduct may result in removal from the course without a refund.
- Liability: Participants understand and acknowledge the risks associated with scuba diving and agree to release Seaside Scuba Academy from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during the course.
- Privacy Policy: Seaside Scuba Academy respects the privacy of its participants and will not disclose any personal information without consent.
